Marriage Applications

1. Have to attend pre-marriage courses
2. Have to make HIV Test ( depends on the area of Islamic Religious Department - Charges )
3. If a man make sure there you get 'Surat Pengakuan Bujang'
4. Get the application form from the Jabatan Agama, and also 'Surat Pengakuan Pemastautin' from the district residents, then complete the form and attach the necessary Ancillary Documents.  
5. Woman should fill up the same form and attach Permission Letter and other supporting documents.
6. Make sure you booked the place and 'Jurunikah' for your wedding ceremony.
